- Frame
- Legs of electrically seam-welded 19 ga. 7/8" O.D. tubular steel. Cross braces are 20 ga. 5/8" O.D. tubing double-riveted to legs.
- Seat
- Electrically seam welded 19 ga x 9/16" x 1-1/16" oval steel tubing, formed and welded. 1" or 2" foam and upholstery stapled to 3/16" thick hardboard. Seat cushions are replaceable; attached to frame with screws.
- Back
- 1/2" foam pad and upholstery stapled to 3/16" hardboard. Upholstered both front and back for neat appearance. 5 point back attachment features special fastener and "through-the-frame" connectors for durability.
- Ganging Permanent Keyway
- 13 ga steel press formed and welded to chair frame. Welded male stud interlocks slotted keyhole in female bracket.
- Chairlok Ganging Clamp
- 15 ga. steel press formed to capture legs. Clamps attached to leg with a carriage bolt. Each chair requires two clamps (order separately)
- Feet
- Replaceable, non-marring, high impact polyethylene.
- Finish
- Powder-coat finish is electrostatically applied, then baked to fuse finish to frame. Bright Chrome Finish is nickel-chrome plated.
