Specifications for
Original Series Plywood Top Folding Tables

  • Exterior grade plywood: 5/8" thick, sanded smooth, without voids and patches, finished on both sides with protective walnut stain.
    Rectangular table tops are 3/8" thick, all other table tops are 5/8" thick.
    (5/8" Rectangular plywood available on request)


Table Top Edging

  • Aluminum Flush Edge: Molding is secured to the top with 1/4" diameter plated steel rivets. Only available on rectangular plywood tops (3/8" thickness only)
  • Channel Aluminum Edge: Molding is high-pressure crimped to the top. Available on all plywood tops except rectangular tables with 3/8" plywood, all high pressure laminate tops come standard with a 5/8" plywood core, top and backer sheet, and all Mayfoam tops.
  • Vinyl Flush Edge: Molding is a black flat vinyl "T" edge. Available on all high pressure laminate tops, and all plywood tops with 5/8" thickness.

Top Support

  • A rectangular stretcher piece of the same material as the legs 1 1/2" x 4", is welded between the legs near the top to provide maximum strength and rigidity.

Folding Legs

  • Legs are made from 1 1/2" square, 20 guage steel tubing. Leg assembly secured to the angle iron rails with 1/4" steel rivets. Each of the four legs is individually braced with a 13 guage steel elbow, riveted at one end to the leg and at the other to the angle iron rail. An automatic lock insures that the elbow braces lock in the past center position.

Finish

  • Plywood tables are protected with an exterior walnut sealer stain. All metal parts are black powder coated.

Warranty

  • Under normal use, five years from date of purchase.
