Cost of shipping is the BIG pink elephant in the room that no company seems to ever want to talk about. We believe it's something that EVERY online consumer should be aware of. Our #1 goal for almost 30 years has and always will be 100% customer satisfaction, and to us, that means more than giving you the best products, at the best prices, fast. We also want to help educate our visitors (that’s you!) so you can have a better understanding of what to expect when you’re ready to proceed with your order, even if it’s not us you do business with!

The picture to the right is funny, but it gives you an idea of how online companies market their products to the public. I can’t help but think back to my high school economics teacher who pounded daily into our heads one very simple phrase: “There aint no such thing as a free lunch.” It’s a phrase made popular by a well known free-market economist by the name of Milton Friedman. Point being, even if something appears to be “free”, there is always a hidden cost someone is paying for. Take Amazon for instance. Amazon is one of the largest internet retailers to date. With an Amazon Prime membership you get 2-day free shipping on everything. Amazing right? What they try to not make as obvious is the additional $85 you’re charged after your free trial month. How’s that free shipping?

You might also come across companies that promote free shipping for quantities of folding chairs over a certain amount. What they end up doing is supplementing the cost to ship those folding chairs by raising the original price of the chair itself. No...really, how is that free shipping?

So, now that the big pink elephant has come and gone, lets discuss shipping methods. The majority of our orders require using freight carriers to deliver your folding chairs and tables directly to you. UPS, FED-EX, and the post office simply can’t handle such large products (and sometimes in very large quantities). If you’ve ordered big products online before then this shouldn’t come as a surprise.  

We’ve been doing this for a long time, and because of that, we can now ship large orders for our customers at a really LOW cost. We extend our discounts directly to you, so you pay what we pay! This way you get the lowest priced chairs at the lowest cost to ship.
