Shipping & Delivery
Most orders ship in 24 hours. Standard shipping is 2-7 business days. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Most orders are shipped either UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, USPS mail, or LTL Freight. We will choose the least expensive shipping method based on the size of your order and the destination.
Some items are listed as "Free Shipping". Free shipping applies to customers located in the 48 contiguous states. If you are located in Canada, custom's fees will need to be paid at the time of delivery.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Ship times can be found on each individual product. Most products ship in 24 – 48 hours, but may vary.
Under the terms of our conditions of sale, most orders are shipped F.O.B. Factory. Manufacturer’s that ship F.O.B. Factory assume no responsibility and make no allowance for delays, loss or damage from any cause after goods have been delivered to or picked up by transportation companies.
As the receiving agent for Foldingchairsandtables.com shipments, your signature on a delivering carrier’s freight Bill of Lading (BOL) or Delivery Receipt (DR) constitutes acceptance of the merchandise “as is” and in good order. If you do not inspect before signing you are, for all practical purposes, waiving “our” mutual right to collect on a damage claim no matter if the damage is visible or “concealed”. Remember once you sign, the goods and the responsibility is yours!
Recommended Receiving Procedure:
Check immediately for visible signs of damage. The National Claims Council Regulations specify that you must:
1. Inspect, examine and inventory (count) your delivery as it is unloaded.
A. All shortages or damaged items must be written down on the BOL or DR. Note the item(s) that are visibly damaged or missing on the BOL or DR before you sign it. Then email Foldingchairsandtables.com at support@foldingchairsandtables.com , or please call (888) 858-7529 to report the problem.
B. Open cartons or containers of glass or other items if there is the slightest doubt that the merchandise could be damaged (concealed or not). Any damage must be noted on the BOL or the liability to prove the damage was done by the delivering carrier is your responsibility.
C. Do not be intimidated by the driver. They cannot leave until the DR is signed (regardless of how much of a hurry they are in, etc.).
D. If unsure, always sign “subject to count and inspections”.
2. Concealed Damage (within 7 days after delivery) – In the event of concealed damage (goods found damaged in otherwise intact packaging), you must immediately document and photograph the packaging and the damage. You must keep the packaging. Call to report the problem, then email the photos and document the damage with Foldingchairsandtables.com. If we prepaid the freight with the carrier, we will begin the concealed damage claim. Concealed damage claims must be reported to Foldingchairsandtables.com within 7 calendar days. Remember, at this point, you signed the BOL free and clear, or possibly “subject to count and inspection” so the sooner you can inspect the goods and report any concealed damage, the better the chances of collecting on the claim. Claims not reported within 7 calendar days may not be honored. Further measures that may help in the claim process includes the following:
1. Take photographs of the damaged goods while still on the carrier’s truck, if obvious mis-handling is evident.

2. Call Foldingchairsandtables.com 888-858-7529 immediately, preferably with the driver still present.
3. Keep a copy of the BOL and/or DR noting the damage with the driver’s signature.
4. Keep all crating and packaging material with the damaged item(s) for inspection by the company’s claim inspector until told by Foldingchairsandtables.com or the carrier to return or dispose of the item(s).
5. Claims not reported within 7 calendar days may not be honored.
There are many things that can happen to goods between the time they leave the factory and arrive at your receiving dock. Therefore we are asking you to do a very small, but critically important amount of work to protect us both. The Bill of Lading (BOL) or Delivery Receipt (DR) is our only documentation of the condition of a load when it arrives at your delivery location. Without this proof, we cannot hold others accountable for damaged or missing items.
Damage must be inspected at the time of delivery with a freight carrier. If there is visible damage to your package and no notation is listed, we are not responsible for replacement costs. Sometimes multiple carton shipments get separated during the transferring process at freight terminals. When your shipment arrives, count the number of cartons that the carrier is delivering and make sure that the number of cartons delivered matches the number of cartons outlined on the delivery ticket. All deliveries will be accompanied by a freight delivery ticket. If there is a discrepancy in the number of cartons delivered vs. the number of cartons listed on the delivery ticket you must make a notation on the delivery ticket. Do not take the drivers word for it. Do not assume anything. Once you have signed the ticket, their responsibility ends. Notify us immediately of any shortage at our toll free number 888-858-7529.
Customers located outside the US 48 states can not order online. A quote request can be submitted by adding products to your cart and filling out the quote request form. We will email you an official quotation with any shipping costs included. Canadian customers are responsible for any custom's fees or duties at the time of delivery.
A freight delivery company's delivery responsibility is to get the goods to the curbside or loading dock. In most cases you will be required to move the order from the curb or dock into your home or business. The shipping quoted online is only for curbside delivery. If you need additional services such as lift gate, inside delivery, or white glove services, please call us at 888-858-7529.
Ordering
Cancel Items or OrdersTo cancel an order that you recently placed, you can log in to your account page and select the order you would like to cancel. You may also email Sales@FoldingChairsandTables.com. Reference your order number when requesting a cancel. If your order has already shipped, any shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you need to change or cancel an order, please call us immediately. If it is a stocked item, and has not shipped, we should be able to make changes to the order. We are not able to change or cancel orders that have already entered into the production phase. Purchaser assumes financial responsibility for the order once the order has moved into the production process. We try to take steps to make sure an order is 100% correct prior to you paying and us processing. We understand certain situations arise, and we will try to work with you to the best of our ability.
FoldingChairsandTables.com is not responsible for products damaged in transit, nor can we accept returns of products damaged in transit. Once carriers pick up freight, they assume liability of the transportation and delivery. However, damages may occur during the transportation of your product. Rule # 1 is do NOT sign for the delivery until you have thoroughly inspected all cartons for visible damage. If you notice damage to any shipping carton, notify the driver and make a notation on the delivery documents. Carriers may or may not allow you to open and inspect the contents. If there is any question, mark 'damaged' on the delivery receipt. Take detailed pictures of all damage. If there is no apparent damage to the contents, make a note on the freight delivery ticket that you have accepted delivery of merchandise in damaged cartons. Make sure the driver has signed the delivery receipt. Keep your copy of this freight delivery ticket in the event you find "concealed damage" after the driver has left your location. You have 5 days to report any "concealed damage" to us. If no damage is reported within this time we are unable to file a claim with the carrier. Please be advised that freight companies are not likely to pay claims for "concealed damage".
If the credit card you are using is being declined, make sure the billing address listed on your account matches the billing address associated with your card's account. Sometimes a declined credit card can be from a daily limit set by your bank. If this is the case, call the number on the back of your credit card and let them know you are trying to make a large purchase.
Returns & Refunds
You are able to submit a request for a return within 30 days of receiving your product. No returns are accepted without prior authorization! If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Authorized returns must be returned in new, resalable condition, unused, and in original packaging. If items have been unpackaged and/or used, we are not able to accept a return. Authorized returns are subject to original shipping charges, return shipping charges, and a 20% restocking fee. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay to return or replace that item.
If you wish to exchange your product for another, we can accommodate this. We can issue a call tag with UPS or FedEx to pick up your items. If you have a large exchange, we will schedule a pickup with a freight carrier. Please have product in original packaging and ready to be picked up. The cost of return shipping and shipping of the new product will be at the expense of the customer.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment MethodsWe accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). For large orders there may be a 3% credit card processing fee. For government entities and public schools we can accept a purchase order. During checkout select 'purchase order'. You will not be charged during checkout. A signed physical copy must be emailed to Sales@FoldingChairsandTables.com. Please reference your order number. If payment is by check, please email a copy of the check to Sales@FoldingChairsandTables.com or fax a copy to 866-792-9512.
Everything we sell is priced at wholesale. If there are quantity discounts they will be listed on the individual product page. For volume pricing, you can add the items and quantities to your cart and submit a quote request located on the cart page. Quoted prices are good for up to 10 days from receiving the quote.
The only states we charge sales tax for is California (7.50%) and Tennessee (9.25%). We can only charge the state portion of sales tax for these states. If you are tax exempt or have a resale certificate, the tax from your order can be removed.
