Placing an Order:
Our preferred method of conducting business is to speak directly with our customers. There are less questions on both ends, and the sale just generally goes smoother. However, within the U.S.A. you may order online, by phone using our Toll Free number 888-858-7529, by Toll Free fax at 866-792-9512, or by mail to Creative Play, PO Box 3355, Knoxville, TN 37927. Outside the U.S.A. you may call 865-249-7646 or fax to 865-249-7651. All transactions are protected with 128-bit SSL encryption, and full adherance to PCI data security regulations. If you have any questions regarding our products or ordering, please do not hesitate to call. Regular business hours are 9am-5pm EST, Monday - Friday. Unless credit has been established, or other arrangements have been made, orders must be prepaid in full prior to processing or shipping.
Accepted Payment Methods:
- Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover (3% fee may apply for CC sales)
- Check - The fastest and easiest way to pay is to fax or email us a copy of your completed check. This saves a stamp and allows us to process immediately. You do not need to send your physical check, just keep for your records.
- Secure Payment Link - We can email you a final invoice for your purchase which includes a secure payment link. This takes you to our secure payment portal where you can pay for your order immediately directly with your checking account.
- Shoebox Full of Cash - Give us a call, we'll talk about it
Orders are processed within 24 business hours of being placed. This means they are generally processed the same day you order. Once an order is placed, we will email (or mail if email is not available) your order confirmation detailing all charges, including freight, pertaining to your order. Any tracking or shipment information will be provided as it is available also.
Most items we offer are warehoused, in-stock, and ready to ship. Generally in-stock items ship within 2-5 days of order. Some items are produced as ordered, and therefor have longer lead times of generally 2-4 weeks. If you need your order sooner, we are happy to check with production to get a more accurate time frame. If you have deadlines you are trying to meet, the best bet is to simply call us and we'll help the best we can.
Order Changes and Cancellations:
If you need to change or cancel an order, please call us immediately. If it is a stocked item, and has not shipped, we should be able to make changes to the order. We are not able to change or cancel orders that have already entered into the production phase. Purchaser assumes financial responsibility for the order once the order has moved into the production process. We try to take steps to make sure an order is 100% correct prior to you paying and us processing. We understand certain situations arise, and we will try to work with you to the best of our ability.
