Top 10 Holiday Drinks To Serve At Your Next Event

Holidays mean a lot of things, including gatherings. Whether that be with family, with friends or for an office party, people get inevitably get together to celebrate each holiday season. When groups of people gather, there tends to be drinks involved, alcoholic or not.

1. Candy Cane Cocktail

This is a holiday favorite, and for good reason. A delicious cocktail that consists of equal parts Vanilla Rum, White Chocolate Liqueur and Peppermint Schnapps, this cocktail will be a delicious and minty treat for all your guests.

2. Cranberry Mimosas

Perfect for a holiday brunch, cranberry mimosas are a sweet way to get your bubbly fix while keeping with the holiday spirit. Simply ring the rim of the glass with some sugar, then fill it with 3/4 cranberry juice and top it off with some Champaign and mint leaves.

3. Pumpkin Pie Martini

Pumpkin pies are awesome and pumpkin pie martinis are even better. Made with Stoli Vanilla, pumpkin spice liqueur, Kahlua, Butterscotch Schnapps and half-and-half and garnished with a ring of crushed graham crackers around the edge, this is sure to be a crowd pleaser.

4. Hot Buttered Rum

This is another holiday classic and it’s amazing! Consisting of brown sugar, hot milk, dark rum, butter and some ground nutmeg, this is the perfect drink to loosen you up and keep you warm on a cold seasonal night.

5. The Grinch

It’s a classic Christmas children’s book, but there’s no reason not to make it a classic Christmas drink as well. Just get some Midori, vodka, lemon juice and simple syrup, and of course a maraschino cherry (i.e. the Grinch’s heart), then enjoy!

6. Grinch Punch

Similar to The Grinch cocktail in that it is bright green and holiday themed, Grinch Punch is a great non-alcoholic alternative. Made with lemon-lime Kool-Aid, pineapple juice, frozen lemonade concentrate, a dash of sprite and a maraschino cherry this is an awesome Grinch cocktail alternative.

7. Citrus Kiss Mocktail

This is an easy one that looks like Christmas and tastes delicious. Just coat the rim of your glass in sugar, and fill it with blood orange sparking soda, tangerine juice and a dash of lemon and lime and you’re done!

8. Ginger-Cinnamon Apple Cider Mocktail

Apple cider is a great option in-and-of itself, and this specific recipe makes it even better. Just add together sugar, water, cinnamon sticks, ginger root (peeled and sliced) and apple cider and you have yourself a delicious cider mocktail!

9. Warm Spiced Cranberry Cider

This is a mouth watering way to keep warm at your next gathering. Just add water, brown sugar, whole cloves, allspice, a few cinnamon sticks, pineapple juice, jellied cranberry sauce and apple cider into a pot, mix and bring it to a boil before drinking.

10. Cherry Mulled Cocktail

A twist on the classic Mulled Wine, this drink needs some Cherry Good Original, tested orange, cloves, vanilla extract, cinnamon sticks, star anise and honey. Then just heat for about 20 minutes, strain and enjoy!
